Fresh neck tattoo wrapped in plastic bandage

A question/challenge for all you tattooers: how do you wrap a neck? This is a serious question since neck bandages tend to bunch up, separate, fall off etc. The pictured bandage is not mine (actually way better than I usually do). But for a full neck front & sides, I’m imagining something like a puppy pad cut into a dumbbell shape or something like that- anyone out there have a hack for this?
